Not bad but not good
I would say if you are looking forward to have a pool during summer months stay away.
Moved in without visiting the property, and was pleased with my choice. However, that opinion changed months later.
Pros: The location is great for our needs. Also enjoy that where our apartment is, it doesn’t feel like we are in the city. We have not taken the advantage of when food trucks arrive during the week, however like that idea.
Cons:
Pool: First year here, the pool was closed here and there. It... was closed from end of April through June 6th once the pool opened due to repairs and inspection from the city. Then right back on July 5th, the pool was closed again due to issue with a part. They reopened the pool at the end of July due to the part being replaced. It was frustrated with the pool but understandable things out of their control. Now current summer of 2024. Pool was opened to enjoy however due to residents actions at the pool. In May; was decided to close the pool on Sundays and closed at the end of the day when the leasing office closed. June 17th, the office to close the pool until further notice. No reason why. Sure maybe due to actions of residents in the complex but it is punishment to everyone else. Same problems as last year with people but they never closed the pool for it.
Sure, I don’t care for some actions at the pool (smoking, rude people (adults or kids), or parents not watching their kids but still look forward to relaxing at the pool. There is always going to be rude inconsiderate people, people not respecting others or policies are going to be found everywhere we go… that’s life.
Other downs falls, just normal apartment life, loud vehicles and residents. Thin walls or just neighbors that don’t care and turn their device up so everyone can hear or smell. Security drove around at night for awhile, no longer. Cars now have been broken into and even stolen. Broken down cars that sit for months unmoved. Feels like constantly changing portals on making rent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns about our pool access. We will resume normal hours for this amenity as soon as our new courtesy officer begins working on July 1; hours were changed temporarily to minimize policy violations among... some residents. Additionally, changes to our processing were implemented to provide more options for residents to make electronic rent payments. If you would like to discuss these or any other matter further, please feel free to email us at thedistrict@alapts.com.
