The office staff never respond to emails or answer the phone for residents. The pictures of this apartments amenities are YEARS old. The gym is gross and definitely does not look like the pictures. The laundry room was always gross, but it has been broken for months now so it does not even matter. In two years, my rent went up over $200 with no updates to my very dated unit. Management was not willing to discuss rent negotiations. Maintenance is nice, but limited by company policies that don't... allow them to actually make major necessary repairs. Management also sends a weekly email with the SAME bullet points each time, but a title that makes it sound like there are new, important updates I need to consider. Read More

This apartment was the worst apartment I’ve ever seen. Wasn’t cleaned properly, old stains, and much more! Literally didn’t stay here for a month. Had to leave.

Office staff is exceptional. Maintenance is outstanding Duke Forest is right on the property

Add unnecessary fees and money orders go missing. Women at the front desk always has an attitude
