Pecan Grove is a nice place to live. Lots of amenities. They pay attention to the small things, which makes a big difference. Trash pickup service is amazing.

Great place to live and everyone is pleasant. When you need something fixed they will be there to do it. The activities for special holidays make a gun gathering to see your neighbors.

Still an enjoyable place to live. Pretty, quiet, cozy, and over all an amazing place to live. For how old the apartments are at this point, they still look nice and cozy.

Love living here. Caring & friendly staff, maintenance team is on time & efficient. Love all of the amenities included. The two playgrounds are a plus in the spring through the fall.

Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here! Everyone is friendly, maintenance arrives and fixes everything if there’s an issue, and the complex is so close to many things. The only downside is that I wish the gym had more equipment, I was disappointed when I found out there were no smith machines??. Most definitely needs an upgrade in that department but other than that, I’ve really enjoyed it here!
