Don’t Do It
Moved in before new management & had already renewed before finding out the new management was the same management that I was running from. Problems started off immediately & I was asked to give the office a chance & I did, but was pretty much the exact same as before. Due to me being lazy, I renewed again. Second year under new management wasn’t too bad, so I renewed again & that was the worst mistake ever! Between them letting what seems like just anyone rent & they’re moving out 3-4 months... later to the increase in property damage crimes & them not really doing anything to help mitigate the reoccurrences (cameras or making the community gated) to them restricting paying tenants access to many amenities to only when the office is open, the community is not what it used to be & unfortunately I attribute it to the management company. They may be in the process of selling, but I refuse to stick around to find out if it’ll get better or not. I’m out once my lease is up. Luxury?! It was but is no longer. My search is just like it was before moving here, anyone who isn’t managed by this company.
