How Is This Rating Determined?

Dishonest, high crime and high rent

2 years, over 7 neighbors, vehicles and garage break-ins, insane rent increases, and covered a $400 rent increase and saying it was a communication error (and no, they did nothing about it other than take the extra rent). Would not recommend to anyone.

Impeccable service, top shelf support

When it comes to an apartment I knew I wanted to have a place that I could count on the leasing office personnel and support staff to take care of all my needs as I travel quite often for business. The team in the leasing office provides impeccable service and the maintenance staff gives top shelf support. The two bed room apartment that I lease is all modern appliances, and it is within walking distance to business office, community center and all the amenities that I need for my personal... life. When I moved from Florida in February, I was not sure what I was getting, but believe me, you will be thrilled when you lease from Bexley Commons. Richard

Clean and Friendly

Bexley Commons at Rosedale is the best apartment I have every lived in. The ladies at the office are always so amazing and friendly to work with. We moved in March with a 14 months lease and we already know we will be signing another one. We LOVE our actual apartment, the crown molding and 9' ceilings make a wonderful place to live, not to mention the patio (our favorite place to be)!!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
