Luxury apartments it is not
I pay my rent early. We are quiet, cause no problems and keep the unit clean. Considering our previous rental history and how our security deposits are always returned and those properties will rent to us once again, we are considered excellent tenants. Unfortunately, Bexley management is below average. Between 2 calls for party noise on weekday mornings (try about 3:45 AM) and an emergency call for an AC problem, Bexley management does not care about you. Although the temperature had not hit 80... , the pollen was so bad that the unit floors were coated in dust and my husband was having breathing problems due to his heart condition. I tried to explain this to the emergency service line, but all she could do was repeat the weather report and talk over me. I gave up and hung up. We are getting a hotel room so my husband can breathe. The inhumane response from Bexley is disgraceful. I likely will not renew my lease. Think twice before renting from such cold, unfeeling people.
