Apartments are pretty nice. They are in the process of redoing the gym and common areas. Neighbors are great and I absolutely LOVE the new resident life. Very welcoming and really care about what you have to say. Overall I would recommend!

So far so good here at NorthCity6! It's quite, safe, comfortable and spacious. No bugs,, no fire alarm issues, no smelly or loud dogs...simple and comfortable.

NorthCity 6 is a perfect location to easily get to other Raleigh areas. The leasing staff are a great resource for information along with a maintenance staff that takes care of apartment needs on a timely basis. A quiet neighborhood with plenty of walking or biking opportunities.

So far everything is good. Waiting for the gym to open and the Wi-Fi to kick in. And I can’t wait to attend a community event to get to know some people around here and see if they have kids that way play dates can be planned

Residents are smoking pot in the hallways in a no smoking building. Maintenance team is terrific. They respond very quickly. Great office team. Pretty good apartment complex overall.
