Overall it’s pretty good. However, 4 times since I’ve been here in 6 months the alarms have gone off and it’s taken days to get them turned off. I had constant communication with their email service and maintenance took way too long to resolve each time. Working from home was nearly impossible since the system is right outside my door. I asked for a credit and they wouldn’t honor it even when I informed them it was a contributing factor for when my lease renewal will come up. I was truly hoping... they would consider and make a better effort since small things go a long way.
