I like the apartment and the community. My only issue is that the parking has become worse over time. Some people have multiple cars and they use all of the parking. Even their guest uses the parking in front of the building. So residents end up parking either in front of another building, visitor parking, or in the over fill. During holidays it’s worse. One night I had to park all the way on the other side of the complex and walk to my building. Secondly getting in and out on Roger’s road is a... nightmare. Sometimes it may take 15 minutes to get in or out. You would think that with all the businesses they would rally together to get the town to put a light there!!!! I have suggested doing assigned parking but that fell on deaf ears.
