This location is well mannered. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The neighbors are not annoying and being close to the nearest beach is very rewarding.

Staff is friendly and responsive. The amenities are clean and available. Tons of parking! Rent is a good deal, lots of choices for apartment styles!

I have been here for going on 5 years. I am paying a huge amount of rent for a 2br. The office really doesn't want to go out of their way to make me want to stay after my lease is up in October. I guess 5 years as a good tennant doesn't account for anything with this company. A tad sad to realize you don't matter to them.
