Friendly and helpful staff

My short stay at the apartments have been exceptional. Dawn and the clubhouse staff have been great and very helpful. Always with a big smile and hello. Maintenance staff very responsive and courteous as well as helpful. A pleasure all around!

Great Place to Live

I have been a resident at Park Lane for almost six months. So far my experience has been outstanding. The staff is exceptional (friendly as well as professional), from sales representative, to maintenance, to concierge services. Dawn,
who has been very helpful even went out of her way to aid me when I needed to retrieve a lost item. The porter for the property, Luis, takes such good care to keep his areas of the building very clean and in good order. I truly appreciate the attention by... the entire staff to keeping the property well maintained and to providing enjoyable activities for the residents.

Best Staff in South Jersey Apartment Living

The staff here is so accommodating. The maintenance staff, especially Norberto, is very attentive to any issues you have. I highly recommend this place. It is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for.

Great Place To Live!

Great Place To Live!
I have lived here over nine years, and this is the best place to live. Dawn that works at the clubhouse is outstanding, she always there to help you with things. Dawn really goes above and beyond to make you time in the clubhouse great.
