I did not meet my expectations as a new apartment it was clean kitchen cabinets has some dirty liners from previous tenants windows where not that clean some didn’t have screens and can’t be close fully

The place I live in is one of the nicest places I lived in a long time.
Neighborhood is nice and quite,clean and great neighbors. I would recommend this neighborhood to my family and friends

I live at Elmwood Village in Elmwood Park NJ. My experience here has been good. Not great but good. It is clean, well maintained and decent living condition. It would be great if there were community activities. If there are activities it need to be committed to the residents. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance crew are very professional and gets the job done. All in all you get what you pay for.

I have been living here for the past 4 year and my experience has been a very good one. I love the way that the maintenance team works hard, and you don’t have to wait for them to get things fixed. The street that I live on is nice and quiet and they keep it clean. Whenever there is a problem the office team is amazing.
