Very good. More amenities will be better, such as ping pong table or pickle ball ground. But in general is pretty great. Good service and friendly team

I just moved in last week but thus far I’ve experienced a friendly concierge staff and quick repairs. The apartment is spacious and has great views. Some of the finishes are cheaper materials, but that was expected in a rental building.

The staff is fantastic, especially the maintenance team who always arrives right on time. However, I'm disappointed by the increased parking fees and the new monthly charge for using the bike room, which used to be free.

Silent, comfortable and with nice people!
Exactly what I was looking for! The access to manhattan and hoboken is also very practical, making it easy for friends to visit!

Good! I love living in this area. Maintenance has been quick in responding to and resolving any issues I've had in my home. I hope they don't increase my rent tho!
