hallways could use cleaning more often and front gate is not monitored when desk man/woman is on break, otherwise amazing amenities! I feel right at home

Great experience on my first day during my move-in! Leasing and on site staffs, were very welcoming and helpful to me. I appreciate the time they spent on walking me through the process of operating the Latch app and introducing me to their community. I am confident in my choice of making Sawyer Pl my new home ; )

I have 3 years living here my first year was amazing but the next 2 years I notice that everything is going worse and worse, one of the main thing I pick this building was the no smokers building but they do it in every single area including all amenities, there was a bathroom next to the laundry now is not working because nobody can handle the bad neighbors, so the high cost of living suppose to be in good condition when I try to play pool there’s no ball the arcade is not working, the barbecue... is dirty nobody follow the rules anymore, I hope something change in the next days . The concept is very nice to be in q luxury building but it’s lacking certain things to make it feel worth the money. No security or doorman, amenities are broken and bathrooms are locked around the floor due to people breaking in. Should feel more secure.

Since moving into Sawyer Place, I’ve had no problems, and the views are absolutely wonderful. The environment here is friendly and well-maintained.
