Living at The Estuary has been a dream come true. It’s perfectly located near shopping and restaurants and is 2 blocks away from the ferry into the City. We leave everything we need here.
On top of that, the staff here are exceptional. Special shout-outs to Sasha (the Conceirge), the maintenance crew, and the housekeeping team. The keep this place running like a well-oiled machine.

I have been here for 30 days I’d like to say the entire staff is excellent. Everyone is very courteous professional and seem to care about the tenants needs. Maintenance is lightning fast.

The building is well-maintained, with a friendly and supportive front desk and maintenance team. However, I’ve noticed that one of the two elevators tends to be out of service each month, which can be inconvenient. It would be great if this issue could be addressed to improve the overall experience. Thank you!

Everything about Estuary apartment lives up to its expectations. Its clean, quiet, and every property staff have been great. When you go outside, you're going to be greeted by good views.
