I love living here. The people in the office are always so helpful and maintenance team are great also. They have a great gym if that is your thing... not mine but its very nice, I've used the community room for my both of my grandchildren's birthday party's. You have a pool and a grill area if you want to have a little get together you can.

We love living at Laurel Run Apartments. Quiet neighborhood, gorgeous clubhouse, nice pool, friendly staff. New kitchen appliances, plenty of closets, nice balcony. Only downside we’ve experienced is the amount of dog owners who do not pick up after their dogs..

WWe really enjoy it here at Laurel run apartments. Excited for the pool and very happy my child gets to run around the track and playground. We also are so appreciative if we need assistance from the office and maintenance

The facility is great and the rooms are spacious but one not ideal neighbor and you are in for a rough time. Neighbor across the hall smokes marijuana multiple times a day clearly in the unit as it’s making the common area smell along with the master bathroom as it’s a shared wall/vent. Also, the bass of music is heard super easily throughout the night in the master bedroom as that is the only shared wall for some unknown reason. Hopefully the staff steps in and actually enforces the community... guidelines in the lease regarding noise, smells, and smoking in buildings.
