Although I’ve moved in recently, this week has been great so far. It’s quiet and theres plenty of parking even though it’s not assigned. Also, I love the security and how you can access it through an app. I can’t wait to go to the pool in the summer!

My experience at Laurel Run has been really good. It's very quiet and peaceful. I also enjoy the fact that we are always informed in advance of any Complex wide testing and maintenance. One of my goals is to finally stop in for one of the Complex events.

Like living here, only issue I have is the people above us it’s constant banging and no matter what I’m unsure of how to go about it.. did a few things to try to resolve it but nothing seems to be working..

So beautiful, quiet, great parking and great staff. I can’t complain! This is such an upgrade from my last apartment! I love how easy it has been to communicate with the leasing office.

Still loving my beautiful apartment after almost a year here. I'm planning to renew my lease and stay. Any issues have been minor and have been addressed quickly. Resident events are a nice bonus.
