The location, the staff , the amenities, the apartment itself , if I could I would give my neighbors 5 stars. Amazing!!!! Taylor and Chris are so welcoming! You can tell they really care about the residents and the community. This is the first time I’ve lived somewhere with absolutely ZERO complaints !

I truly enjoy living at The Flats apartment complex. It’s been a great experience overall, thanks to several standout features. The pool is one of my favorite spots, perfect for relaxing and unwinding on a sunny day. The clubhouse is another highlight, offering a welcoming space for social gatherings and community events. However, what really makes living here special is the kindness of my neighbors. Their friendliness and support create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making The Flats feel like... home.
