Well i came here to experience what everyone has been complaining about. So far i have had nothing but excellent service. And top notch above and beyond service since i came. The community isn't bad at all. I feel the residents could do better controlling the trash issues that has nothing to do with the property people at all to me. So far its been safe with no concerns or doubts. Outstanding job Escena keep up the great work!

Switch of property management

I have lived here for over a year now, and let me just say I use to struggle a lot with our previous property management and when I mean struggle I mean struggle. They have recently switched both new manager and leasing agents and I don’t usually write reviews but they deserve one. They have completely switched this place around with caring for all the residents planning constant FREE events with food venders and more! Darlene is great she has way better work ethic than the previous people that... were here!

Great events

Love the events we have here. On Sundays they had a community bbq when we were moving in and it was so nice!! Can’t wait for future events. Thank you Darlene and the office for this treat

I just moved in a few weeks ago, and honestly i love it here. Darlene has been amazing with making sure my move has been all easy and smooth. They even host events here for the residents! 10/10

Checking in

Came on here to see what the reviews are all about … I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Darlene helped me out during my moving process and she was delightful. She showed me to my unit and asked me to point out anything I wasn’t content with. Within minutes.. MINUTES Maintenace showed up and addressed everything I pointed out. Wasn’t much but the fact that they made me feel heard goes a long way…
