I feel like this community is a hidden gem. It’s close to pretty much everything you would need. The area isn’t bad and I’ve never felt unsafe. Other apartments with updated features go for $300 more per month so for me the price was absolutely perfect. It’s also a great area for me because it’s pretty much right in the middle of my job and where a lot of my family and friends live. I genuinely love living here

I had a great experience here with my children. It's a quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and nobody ever bothered us or our things. The leasing office team is extremely considerate, always have great communication as well as attitudes, and respond to e-mails quickly. I also enjoyed the activities provided to tenants for holidays or just because!

Horrible! Think twice before moving here! They have additional fees raging from $70-85 on top of your rent and oh, you also have to pay for electricity outside of your apartment. Never was told about that until I received my first invoice!!!! Maintence is fine, no complaints about them. My move in was horrible, had to switch apartments my move in date, had to go back numerous of times because the key didn’t work! Was never told they don’t accept money orders only pay online. You can’t pay your... rent early, they don’t allow it. Neighbors are loud and rude. Stairs are wobbly, medal piece hanging from ceiling on stair case. Hasn’t been fixed and I’ve been here since January. These are micro sized Apt but they charge way too much!!! Front office staff will blow off your complaints and lie to you. Never will I recommend these apts to ANYONE!!!!
