Moved from redwood It was very nice place to live with very nice management. Wish it was a little cheaper and rent didn’t go up every year. We have moved to a senior neighborhood now..I would definitely recommend it though because even though it was pricey it was cheaper than comparable places were.

Review Overall it was great living at Redwood! I enjoyed the ammenities, the spacious living, the quietness of the neighborhood, and the managers and mainentance workers were all great. There were a few flaws, like with anywhere, such as walls denting or scratching easily. Other than that it was a great experience!

Follow-thru

Property mgr. responded to my maintenance request promptly. I particularly am grateful that she followed through on situation and let me know what was causing problem and when it would be resolved. That reduced my stress. She's both professional and caring-a winning combination.
