Outstanding! We loved redwood during our time there. It is spacious living with up to date interior. They truly care about their tenants wants and needs to have happy living.

Maintenance issues are always handled in a timely efficient manner. Gene is very knowledgeable and does things in a first class way. In addition, he is very courteous and friendly and considerate. He represents Redwood well.
