We've loved it! Lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the layout of our place did not feel like an apartment--felt more like a ranch house. The attached garage allowed for lots of storage. Management is thoughtful and friendly, and maintenance is prompt and reliable. Thank you for two awesome years!

Don’t Rent Here!

Way too expensive for this apartment in which they will not do updates (carpet and floors) for loyal tenants with years of perfect pay history, but will charge us the increase for updated amenities of new tenants with no rental track record.

Renter at Pickerington

I am very displeased about the way this company treats their renters, especially as I am one of the very 1st people who have rented here.
During the snow storm we have NOT gotten our driveways cleaned off but the manager and leasing offices got their driveways cleaned off.I am right
next door to the leasing office and they (whoever is supposed to be doing the cleaning off the driveways)didn't get the job done till AFTER I had to complain to whoever mattered several hours later. I WOULD NOT... RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW, AS IT IS JUST BEEN A RIP OFF TIME AND TIME AGAIN.!!!!!!!!ON MOST MATTERS THAT ARISE!!!!!!!!!
