The Best Apartment I've Had

From my first visit touring the apartments I knew this was the place for me. The leasing office staff was get helping me pick the unit that suited my wants/needs and responded to all our my questions in a quick & efficient manner. I've recently renewed my lease, and am so happy I did. The maintenance staff are friendly and quick to correct maintenance requests. They also perform routine preventative maintenance/inspections to make sure the unit is in good condition.

The grounds and common... areas are kept clean & tidy. The area is safe and family friendly. I feel very grateful to call Cortland Northlake home.

New, secluded, and beautiful!

We love living here! Northlake has been our favorite rental community in the 9 years we’ve lived in apartments. The management is always so friendly and helpful with any need we might have! The Maintenance team is also very hard-working and their professionalism deserves recognized as well!
10/10 would recommend Northlake Summit!

Well maintained and Great Staff

Love living here! The staff is great and go out of their way to address what few grievances we may have. Very clean and well maintained grounds! Beautiful, peaceful and clean surroundings

Safe and Quiet

It's quiet and safe which are my two biggest factors when needing a place to say.

As a single person, I've never felt uneasy or unsafe regardless of the time of day. It's also nice and quite-I work from home and the only noise i'll hear during the week is the lawn mower.

All of the staff is wonderful as well. From little cards on your birthday, to fun little holiday treats everyone is always so kind. My cat got out about a year after living here, and they were so quick to send out a message... to the community with his photos and my contact, and he was seen within a few hours and home the next day.

If you're looking for a calm place to feel removed from the "hustle and bustle" of the city, but still an easy drive to hop on the freeway, it's the perfect place for you!
