Highly Recommend

After moving off campus, I was looking for a safe and clean apartment building, and Berkley House has truly exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is amazing, and the maintenance team is super quick with requests. Special shoutout to Brittany, who was incredibly helpful during the touring and lease signing process and continues to check in even after I moved in!

I can truly say this is the best-managed apartment I have encountered. I love being near Dublin, but also still close to... Columbus/OSU. The amenities here are fantastic. The coffee bar, pool, and dog park are features I use regularly and are a huge part of what has made Berkley House feel like home!

Responsiveness of staff

The Berkley house is an awesome place to live and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. Frank in the maintenance department came the same day I put a maintenance request in for a sink clog. He was very professional and thorough and helpful. It’s refreshing to live in a place where they hire great people and respond to requests in a very timely manner. Other friends have told me in their communities where they live it takes a long time to get things done. I’ve never had an issue the... entire time I’ve lived here. Highly recommend. Debbie

Awesome Community

Berkley House is an awesome community based in the historic Dublin area. Have had a wonderful experience, having lived here for 6 years. The Office staff are super helpful, and the entire community is very well managed. The Club House, Terrace deck and the all-season swimming pool are nice places to unwind, with a very classy Lounge area too. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and these folks are very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place, to anyone looking for a nice... peaceful community within the Upper Arlington area.

Great Option

Enjoyed our time at Duncan Park and Berkley House. Halley, Emily, and the entire staff were extremely helpful. Any maintenance request was quickly handled. The amenities were great, we enjoyed using the grill and outdoor fire pit at Duncan. You are downtown in 15 and just minutes from Bridge Park.
