Without a refrigerator for a month!
Cyan has taken over a month to repair a broken refrigerator which is considered an essential appliance. It is STILL not fixed! This should have been replaced within a week! They do not care about tenants. I do not recommend Cyan, there are much better apartments that actually do required maintenance.

Hello, At this time we do not have any outstanding work orders for broken refrigerators. All previously needed repairs or replacements have been completed. If you are experiencing a new issue, please contact the Management team so that we can work... together on a resolution.
