1) Soundproofing: 4 stars
Occasionally, the sound of neighbors’ washing machines, moving furniture, or playing with their dog can be heard.

2) Safety: 3.5 stars
There have been several incidents of bicycle and delivery thefts.

3) Parking and loading zone: 2 stars
Garage doors frequently break, and the unloading zone is often occupied by vehicles that stay for over 30 minutes.

I enjoyed living in sawbuck it is a good central location, close to transportation, has a great rooftop it reminds me of life island. The furniture on the 2nd and 8th floor I absolutely love if the ever have any pieces away I would love to have it. Staff is sweet and informative of any apartment complex problems and vocal about when the office will be closed.

This is a beautiful building, the rooftop deck is really cool and looks directly into Providence Park, and my apartment is really nice. The car stacker took some getting used to but it's worth it to immediately have a garage spot (where it's almost impossible for it to be more secure). The staff are super nice and helpful. My gym is across the street so I've only used the fitness room when my gym has been closed, but it's really nice and has a decent amount of cardio and weights (and they supply... towels).
