The Century Apartments

This is the worst place I’ve lived in my 11 years in Portland.
Although it’s a new building, the last two winters (I don’t know about the ones prior) the pipes have frozen and water has been shut off for days.
I’ve woken up to maintenance in my apartment with zero notice besides a voicemail left that morning.
The fire alarm to the whole building goes off at least once a month.
You’ll be waiting months for a parking space and any nearby street parking is 2hr maximum.
It seems like my whole... floor hotboxes their apartment and it reeks of marijuana.

We feel very comfortable and secure in Century. We appreciate the management`s quick response to our requests. They are very attentive to the residents needs.

We love everything about living at the century! We cant say enough about how happy we are here and how professional the staff is.

Being from Iowa and moving to Portland not knowing anyone was difficult at first, but ever since I appli and was easily approved for apartment. The stress was quickly gone, the staff are amazing and make you feel right home. 5 stars. Plus theirs coffee in the lobby!

We have lived here for two years and are very happy! The Century building is clean and very well maintained and the staff is beyond kind and professional. I also have to say that the view is amazing and even after two years I am blown away when I walk into my home!
