Old and creaky
I rented here while I looked for a house (failed). The good things: flexible leasing, laundry in the unit (though those units are awkwardly installed and small). The staff are pretty helpful, and it has a useful gym hardly anyone uses you can join for only $10/month.
The bad: I lived in two units. The first had a big bathroom ceiling leak they couldn't easily fix within two days of me moving in. I demanded relocation and they pulled it off quickly, to their credit. The first unit had an... intolerable noise level from the tenants upstairs - super creaky floors. The second unit also had very creaky floors from upstairs, and tenants walking around at all hours. They did get less noisy after I talked to them, but there was only so much they could do. The kitchen of a two bedroom has very little counter top space, and the closets are small. The thermostats didn't work properly - I had them at 55 to keep it around 64, and even then my electric bills were huge - $170/month in winter, 5 times my usual apartment bill. In addition to mice coming in February when it was cold, there were multiple other annoying things: few electrical outlets, leaky seals on the in wall a/c units.
They did a good job with the parking lots in the snow, and you can usually get a spot close to the door. I wasn't bothered by the airport, and it is not that noisy outside, but the soundproofing is not effective in addition to the floors creaking (I could hear my neighbor playing video games when I worked from home). Most of the repairs were done quickly.
SUM UP: OK if you are a sound sleeper when you can't find anything else. Convenient location and flexible lease options.
