Amenities are good, staff members are nice. Mostly quiet, clean and safe. I’d like to see more community events like group workouts, toddler story time, fall carnival, holiday crafts ect. Would take some planning but doesn’t have to be expensive

Easy walkable access to Target, Acme, Wholefoods, Wawa, and banks like Chase, BofA. Vibrant community and safe neighborhood. But rent prices are quit high though not justifying the amenities provided. We are in to third year anyway...

Nice place to stay with family. The rent is a bit on higher side, however due to the great school district the demand is always high. The management should install cc tv as an extra level of security.
