I've been living in the complex for a while now, and overall, it's been a decent experience. The community is friendly, and the location is convenient, which I really appreciate. However, I do have a couple of complaints. First, maintenance requests tend to take longer than I would like. While the staff is generally helpful, it can be frustrating when issues take a while to get resolved. Additionally, I wish the game room had more options. It’s a nice space, but it could really use some updated... games or additional activities to make it more enjoyable for residents.
Overall, it’s a solid place to live, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement.

I have had the pleasure of residing at kingswood King of Prussia, and I must say it has been an exceptional experience. The community's amenities, such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, have made my stay truly enjoyable. The staff has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs are met.

The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. The location is convenient, with easy access to... shopping, dining, and transportation. I appreciate the sense of community and safety that comes with living here. Decent living, gym could be better, haven't seen the pool yet, but looks nice from afar. Great view if you live on top of the hills. Conveniently located near most things you will ever need.
