Not worth the money. Extra fees that are unnecessary. Maintenance is slow with quick and not great service work. Will be moving out at the end of lease.

We have loved living here!! Will be renewing our lease for sure. The community is quiet and everyone is friendly. The staff are amazing and always willing to help. I have told all my friends to move here!

Great Staff, quiet community, a lot of parking, great location. Can go to many different places locally, 25 mins quakertown, 20 mins to landale/montgomeryville. Skippack is nice and close. The pool was great during summer.
