You will regret

I have been living here for 2 years and I will say read all the negative reviews and had reservations about moving here. From the beginning they took the time to go over my concerns and they were very open and honest about the negatives and explained the steps they were taking to correct the perceptions. What I have found is a very unresponsive staff both in the office and maintenance personnel. They addressed your concerns quickly and throughly but never fixed it. Just today I needed a... situation corrected and it was not handled since over 2 weeks. As for the maintenance staff, they never come to your apartment to fix the things. One of the wrost apartment.

there are better

The management is not working and believe me there are better apartments with better deals. They are very expensive and do not have empathy, they are only interested in paying them without helping you have a better quality of life.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE

Do yourselves a favor folks. Go some place else to live. They took over in January 2020, they raised the rents during a pandemic 30 percent told you it was because the apartments did not represent market value forcing a lot of guaranteed rent to move out. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY HERE FOLKS. They do not care about the residents, just the MONEY. The apartment here are WAY OVER PRICED!! and now you have to start paying for water sewer and trash. They don't want to pay for anything!!! If you call... their office good luck they only answer 2 percent of the calls. You have to leave a message on the answering machine and good luck getting a call back especially if you request a manager. You can do much better going SOME PLACE ELSE, DO NOT RENT HERE, If You are looking for QUALITY for the PRICE, This is not the complex to look for an apartment. Do yourself a big favor. GO SOME PLACE ELSE, You will do much better. Apartments are WAY WAY OVER PRICED.
