Love it here. The office staff are friendly and make me feel like I’m welcome even if I’m addressing a problem. Maintenance addresses concerns quickly and professionally. We have been here 1 year and I look forward to at least a few more!

It’s been great living here. Very relaxing, accommodating and so pet friendly. My daughter loves it here. I love being able to walk my dog around here.

Aside from the black mold , and the outlets in the bathrooms not working ,the staff is great and very responsive . I just don’t think my apartment is worth what i’m paying for it a month, i have friends in houses bigger than my apartment and they’re paying the exact same in rent.

Some of the homes are outdated, but that is my only real complaint. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and the entire complex is very quiet, clean and peaceful while also being pet friendly. The maintenance staff is one of the best I’ve interacted with in terms of accommodating individual requests and prompt responsiveness. The insulation in the townhomes is phenomenal as I can never hear any noise from either of my neighbors. The location is very convenient with many choices of shops and... food close by.
