Just say no!

I've lived here for 5 years; my rent has been raised $300 in the last 2 years. I've lived in 2 different apartments and have had issues with each. When I lived on the first floor, the kitchen light fell from the ceiling, the closet ceiling kept falling because it wasn't installed properly, I had to move into the unit with wet carpet because the office staff didn't communicate to the carpet guy that we were moving in a few days early. In my second-floor unit, I have had 4 fridges, my oven doesn't... work properly and when I opened a ticket I was told there was nothing wrong with it, but the oven doesn't heat properly. The bathroom sink clogs all the time. I've had to open multiple tickets to have it unclogged, one time a piece of black build up was pulled out. The shower clogs often too. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING in the bedroom and bathroom. I had to open 6 tickets to get my toilet properly fixed. I've been without heat and central air since the end of March. It's 6/16 and I am still waiting for my unit to be repaired. They spend all of their money on the outside property. They enclosed the large/airy entry ways and now the building smells like trash, sour milk, and weed. My apartment often smells like weed. Then you've got the guy that revs his engine at all hours of the night and wakes everyone up. They made us pay amenity fees during Co-vid even though we couldn't use them. Now we are paying for renovations on the gym, office, and the rec area and we can't use them. I was told the project would be done by April. The vents blow out so much dust that I have to wipe down everything about every 2-3 days. I’ve brought it to their attention many times. The trash area is always a hot mess because it's not picked up enough and the dumpsters aren't large enough for the amount of people here. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. This place hasn’t been the same since James and Stephanie were here, at least they tried. Since James and Stephanie left, there have been at least 5 new managers in the office in less than 3.5 years. Save yourself the hassle. I’m glad my lease is finally up.

RUNNNN DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I’ve lived here for 6 months and it’s awful, the oh so great amenities they claim to have have been under “renovation” since I moved in. The don’t answer the phones, they take forever to fix any and everything. Management is awful. This place is ridiculous!!! The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbor snoring at night. Everything is outdated not worth the price at all. Whatever you do just RUNNNNN.

Do not move here! Terrible management

Do not move here. It is a waste of money. I lived there for 2 and a half years and the management was AWFUL. They don't care about their residents. You are just a monthly rent check that gets deposited to them every month. If you have questions or need something you won't get the answers you need there. Moving out they charged me for the oven which had already been cleaned! They had the nerve to charge a cleaning fee when the entire apartment would need to be cleaned for the next tenant anyway.... AWFUL place.

Not A Nice PLace To Live

I have been here a little over a month and have had way too many problems. Most of the month I have not had hot water, my refrigerator did not work from move in, the ceiling in the hallway leaks water through a light fixture, there are water stains in the carpet and on the walls and ceiling. I was told this is apartment living by the management! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOK ELSEWHERE!

Don't believe the positive reviews. Instead, stop any resident walking their dog in the parking lot and ask their opinion.

If this is luxury, than canned green beans are gourmet.

Immediately after submitting the application in person, I learned specific apartment I had an oral agreement to apply for 3 minutes earlier was unavailable, and was then coerced into applying for an apartment style, floor, building, a price, and move in date I did not want.

On "move in" day, I never had an opportunity to see the apartment before signing the lease, key fobs did not open the building, and the apartment was NOT READY TO...
LIVE IN. I actually cried when I walked in because 16 minutes after signing the lease I realized I made a HUGE mistake.

Every surface was covered in scratches, almost every window screen was ripped, there was even an ongoing sewage smell. The kitchen sink pipes leaked, the dishwasher was full of slime and sitting water. The deadbolt and handle could be removed with a swift kick, the door chain was not attached to the door frame. The sink faucets dribbled water and the handles weren't attached. The washing machine overflowed immediately and flooded the kitchen. I won't list the rest of the leaking water, gross, or cosmetic problems.

Almost all of the inside doors stuck to the door frames when they were closed, and could NOT be opened from inside of rooms. Someone had to stand on the outside of the door and use the entire weight of their body to force the doors open. Imagine being trapped alone in a bathroom with no phone in your home with literally no escape. Also imagine having the cable guy not shut the bathroom door when it in cause he doesn't want to get trapped.

My 1973-build, never renovated college dorm was in better shape.

The management responded to these problems with dirty looks, groans, promises that they'll submit work orders, and visibly upset when asked for updates about the status of getting the apartment SAFE to live in 20 days into the lease.

All those things took the first three weeks of the lease to get "resolved".

Could you live without a working kitchen sink, dishwasher, washing machine, door chain - and being trapped, bugs invading, and maintenance visiting randomly for three weeks? Can you imagine getting settled when you never know who is walking in to "make repairs" and having to miss work constantly to accommodate the repairs, after having spent your entire pay check on rent for that month?

That was all month one.

I won't bore you with the rest of the disasters, but they certainly never apologized or compensated.
