Great community to come back to. Convenient location and near lots of parks and amenities. The trail overlooking the quarry gives wonderful view. The common areas are also good

Really great spot to live, it is located by everything you’d want! The community is nice and pretty quiet. Amenities are good but slight issues with the outdoor ones, some things broken or not working.

I've been living at Atwater for about a month now, and I really love the amenities and the location. The close proximity to local restaurants and shopping is super convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the community is great.
That being said, I've had a few issues getting things taken care of in my new apartment, which has unfortunately delayed my full move-in process. While this has been frustrating, I am hoping to have everything addressed and be fully moved in ASAP.
