They may do outward appearance changes but the place has gone down hill, they don't care to change quality and safey. For the cost of rent you can move somewhere much nicer

Have been here about 3 years and have been satisfied with the service and the staff. I have complained about people not stopping at the stop signs and have suggested signs on a pole but never been done! All the people I have met have been great.

I enjoy the monthly activities that Parc plans! October was filled with activities including pumpkins paintings and for November they have provided a happy hour, giving new resident a chance to get to know their neighbors.
