Do not live here.

If you’d like to live in a place where there’s new management every few months and no one has any idea what’s going on, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. They make a lot of false promises to their tenants.. don’t be fooled by the perks, because you likely won’t get them in the end anyway. We moved out of this place months ago and are still managing to get charged hundreds of dollars. Nothing is organized and truly, living here is nothing more than a giant headache. We’ve had plenty of bad experiences, but... hopefully we can use those to help someone else not to make the mistakes we did. Spend your money somewhere else. This place does not deserve a penny of it.

A terrible experience and getting worse with new managemment

If I could give zero stars I would...I don’t even know where to begin. First moving in, I was told 4 different apartments I would be moving into. Finally they settled on one for me...I was told I’d have a storage unit, nope. I had a wasp nest inside a closet in my house in the summer, called the office multiple times no one came to fix it. My dad drove over an hour at night to knock it down. Next, my heater broke in the dead of winter, on a Friday afternoon. Nothing they could do for me... until that Monday. I was brought a space heater that didn’t do anything for me. My house went from 75 to 21 degrees by Monday. I called to let them know the space heater was not working and was told by someone that I should use the stove if I am that cold. They did take $100 off my rent, but only after I went to Ross Township Code Enforcement office. After all that, there’s more, I hear something in my kitchen believed to be a mouse. Called for 2 and half weeks for someone to come in and put traps. Again, no assistance from the apartment, my dad came and we paid with our money for traps, along with other things to fix many holes the size of a fist. The rodent had been chewing through the walls. The rat was finally caught on a trap. Once again no help from maintanance or the apartment. My parents came over to help me. Lastly, yesterday that just put the icing on the cake, I went to pay my rent and the preferred employer discount is just gone. So I email management to ask what is going on and they say it was discontinued...I was never notified about this change and there was no explanation in the email. Just simply it was discontinued. As many others have said poor management, but this new manager is by far the worst. No class or customer service experience. You pay a lot of money to live here and should be treated as if this a welcoming community and a home. Also for how much we pay, the gym is dirty, small, and smells like moth balls with rusting equipment. I have lived in other Morgan communities where everything was well kept, new,and professional staff. I wouldn’t even hire any of these people to work at McDonalds let alone an apartment complex in the north hills area.

Please dont go to them

As there is no Half star here, forced to give a 1 star. Most arrogant and in-human people work here. If you are breaking a lease be ready to give away everything you have. They charged me $300 for utilities and would want me to pay right away. I could not still talk to property owner for help. I would NOT suggest this place for ANYONE.

They are not even ready o face negative comments, this comment will be deleted within 24 hours its posted.

Management Issues

I live in a 1 bedroom that's under the 2 bedrooms. I have had issues with management fixing the drywall that is damaged from water getting in. I had to get the building inspector involved twice. The wooden stud fell apart when it was touched (the front wall is 3/4 underground) On the rent, they charge you an amount a month. They add on 52 for gas and use a 3rd party to bill you monthly for water and sewage. (around 15 for water and 31 for sewer). The 3rd party adds a 3.66 convenience fee. So it... starts ok but it adds up quickly. I can hear my neighbors watching tv, so the walls are thin. They look nice on the surface, but its a cheap home depot reno and appliances I've never heard of. If you can get it for a reasonable amount I would go there, but not worth the premium prices. I've also witnessed a head on collision and have ad a fee close calls with the entrance road that is narrow and has a dangerous curve.

Work in Progress

The current management company is remodeling the units as tenants move out. The renovations are gorgeous. The units are very spacious. You can't beat that there are no weight restrictions on dogs and the pet fee is way more than reasonable. There is a dog park on site (though not fenced in as of yet) as well as a pool and a nice grassy area for some picnics. right now maintenance seems overwhelmed with remodels but the property manager (Kevin) is very quick to resolve issues and get back to... you.
