Most selfish and incompetent landlords I have ever dealt with

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. The two landlords let's just call them P and J are only in it for themselves and do not care about the tenants one bit. They consistently make things harder on the tenants when there are issues. Maintenance installed a faulty handle on my toilet and then it got stuck. They fitted me with the $300 bill and wouldn't even admit despite my pictures and work orders that it was their fault. The most arrogant people I have EVER dealt with... . I also had noise complaints from below my apartment and instead of dealing with it they blamed ME and were as rude as can be. They sent our security deposit late they easily could have sent it earlier. They just make things as difficult as possible on you and P and J are the rudest people I've ever met. They do not know how to provide customer service. All the positive reviews are because their were no issues. The job of a landlord is to work WITH their tenants not against. Avoid this place there are plenty other spots.

Perfect place to live, with wonderful management staff

The leasing office of the Station at Bucks County is staffed by professionals who are simply great to work with. Unlike many other leasing offices, Bernadette and her team are super responsive. There is no playing phone tag here,…rather they answer all calls and follow through, often with an email confirmation. Bernadette is very accommodating and made my living arrangements just as I wanted them to be.. perfect! The professionalism and responsiveness is only part of the many reasons I love... living here. The grounds are kept immaculate, quiet, and the proximity to the train cannot be beat.

Home, Sweet Home

Been here 3 years and love my apartment and the community. Enjoy the pool in the summer and love having a gym with 24 hour access. Free coffee before work in the clubhouse. I have recommended my community to friends and like getting together on Sunday to watch the football game in the Community Room. Highly recommend The Station at Bucks County!

Water costs high, no choice on internet

The Station at Bucks County uses a controversial scheme for water billing, that is illegal in most states. You pay a third party sub metering company based in Ohio, for your water in Warminster. And of course they jack the fees and costs so your water bill is exhorbitant. It will come as a surprise after you move in, that youre paying a fortune for water. Oh and also you must take Verizon for internet service, no choice. So the Petrucci gang is making additional money through services... and fees, beyond what you think youre paying through rent. Do a search on sub metering, and specifically NEP or Nationwide Energy Partners and you'll see this is a bottom feeding organization that is illegal in most states. Its all about getting more of your money.

Not sure where the review regarding water came from. I have been a tenant at The Station at Bucks County for 2 years and my bill has varied between $25 and $35 for my 2 bedroom. When it is just me at home I pay $25 and when my daughter comes home... from college for the summer my bill is between $30 to $35. I find this to be extremely reasonable for a two bedroom, two bath unit. I love that the washer and dryer are modern and only use the water it requires to wash clothing and the dryer shuts off when it senses that the cloths are dry. I am very happy The Station at Bucks County.

Apartment Living With An Urban Flair

After many months of viewing small ranchers for rent a friend accidently found the Station @ Bucks County. I had no intention of living in an apartment development. I am a single mom living with my 23 year old daughter who has Spina Bifida and is confined to a manual wheelchair. Needless to say I was quite apprehensive to view the sample apartment.
Much to my surprise I immediately changed my mind and envisioned us living here. We are presently renting a 2 bed/2 bath 1062 sq. ft. apartment....
Our apartment is on the first floor and is extremely accessible. The doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair and the guest bathroom is handicap equipped. New laminate wood flooring throughout the apartment makes it so much easier for my daughter to move about. Management and maintenance are very accommodating, courteous and helpful with any concerns.
The ceilings were fan and light fixture ready making it cheaper and easier to install my own. Our unit is on the corner of the front of the building next to a breezeway. We have beautiful large windows with white wooden blinds. New stainless steel major appliances, a full size washer/dryer, spacious walk in closets, lovely patio, fire security with a sprinkler system in every room, soundproof walls and security entrance add to the pleasure and safety of living here. Onsite garage/storage space rental available.
Among the many amenities there is a richly decorated clubhouse available for use to all residents. A pool chair was installed for my daughter to enter an amazing salt water pool. Beautifully landscaped grounds and a lovely gazebo to sit and relax. There are Barbecue grills and picnic tables for residents' use. State of the art gym that can be accessed 24 hours. There are many dog stations throughout and a dog park minutes away. We are anxiously awaiting a seizure alert dog for my daughter and feel that this is a very dog friendly neighborhood.
Onsite easy access to the train station. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Centrally located to the PA Tpk, I95, 611, Street and County Line Roads. Short distance from Philadelphia.
I am so thrilled that we made the decision to rent here. This is much more than apartment living~~this is "Our Home". We love our beautiful apartment and our neighbors. The Sation @ Bucks County is a fabulous, beautiful, quiet and safe community to live in. I love sitting on our patio or taking a nightly stroll.
My daughter and I can not imagine living elsewhere.
