Seriously, look elsewhere.
My move-in was my absolute worst nightmare. My leasing agent showed me the wrong apartment with the wrong number of bedrooms. I am a student and I drove in a uhaul from another state to move in and was shocked to open the door to a studio apartment when I thought I was renting a two bedroom apartment.
The apartment that I moved into the next day had more than 7 dead German cockroaches, and in the week that I have been here I have found three more. For how expensive these apartments are, the... quality seems to be lacking. This place seems to have an infestation of cockroaches due to poorly managed waste management and extremely poor upkeep and cleanliness of the basement and trash rooms in addition to poor tenant cleanliness.
It smells absolutely disgusting and trash is usually overflowing from the trash cans in both the basement and trash rooms. The only solution to this issue would be better common area maintenance and regular fumigations or other forms of pest control in each of the buildings. For the price we pay as tenants, it is the least of what we deserve.
The reason I am giving this two stars is because of how kind and welcoming the other tenants and concierges have been since I have moved in. The apartments look great when you are simply walking through or taking a virtual tour, but when you look closely at the baseboards and details of the apartment, it is clear that the 'renovated' apartments were cheap, quick jobs.
