They boast that it is a gated community, but none of the gates work. The dumpster is always overflowing. The front desk staff member can be very rude. The leasing manager is wonderful and the place is priced well.

The facility was so nice and clean. My children enjoying to stay here. No regrets in choosing parkers point as our first home here in the US

It's been pretty good so far, we love how quiet it is and it is affordable compared to other 2 bedroom apartments in the area. What we haven't loved is the outdated appliances we have since moving in, several things have broken and still haven't been fixed. We also had one of our cars broken into and that was a huge bummer. Otherwise good experience overall!

Management communication lacks. I feel like I am constantly trying to get things done and reminding management of issues. I wish it was better

Gates need to be fix. It’s been to long also gates on apt building are left open all the time and some are not closing also. This is supposed to be a gated community and it’s not
