Staff is accommodating and easy to work with. Apartments are nice with a great environment. Love the floor plans. Only complaint, water pressure could be better.

It’s a very nice place but sometimes maintenance takes a while to get connected with you. But for the price and location you can’t find much better!

I have not had a very good experience since I moved in. The management never did anything to address my concerns. She was only polite face to face, but I have never heard a word from her since. It looks like she is gone now, and a man is there. He is no better. It has been over a week since I left a message for him to call me back concerning an issue in the apartment complex. I think the screening process needs to be more thorough and put more emphasis on workers and management who care about... their jobs.

Don't like how water and sewer bill are estimate.
To much noise
Breeze way and step are very nasty and dirty walls in Breeze way
Tented leave trash out in Breeze way from Friday to Sunday very smelly and looks horrible, bugs are crewing out trash.
Mail being stolen.
