Teh Avenues are a good complex in a great area of town. It is relatively peaceful and the office staff does a good job of trying to facilitate community and keep the place clean.

The management staff and maintenance staff are extremely diligent and timely about any maintenance issues or concerns you may have. Always friendly and approachable. The grounds and amenities are well taken care of ! I am very happy to feel this is my home.
