The package delivery how some of the carriers operate with the mailroom sucks I would suggest maybe having a person one day out the week to deliver all the packages that are not to large to be delivered to the door steps or something.

We have really enjoyed our time here! Any time we have put in a maintenance request, they always come right away, either within a few hours or at latest the next day, The staff always keep us up to date with any events or important news we need to be made aware of. Overall, very pleased with living here.

Quiet and very relaxing. All of the neighbors are friendly and the community is very clean. Wish I would have considered moving out here a long time ago.

Overall I’ve had a great experience living here! I’ve been here going on four years and have met some good people in the community! There has been neighbors come and go and I have had to adapt to different lifestyles but that’s what being a good community is all about, adapting. The new staff have been very helpful and understanding! Great job you guys! The grounds staff and maintenance staff are always welcoming and show up to do their jobs in a timely manner.
