Management is horrible. Your calls will never be answered. It is very true about the random charges and up charges to an un un renovated, falling apart, space. It is not worth it. I kept my lease for a year and dipped. So glad to be out.

This property will gave you headaches when it comes to maintenance and dealing with the staff. Super worst maintenance, it will take months for them to fix whatever needs to be fixed in your unit. The people working in here are all liars. They are only very good if you are a new renters, they just want to get your money but they can’t comply with their jobs. If you guys planning to rent here, it will give you stress in the future. Be careful people.

I moved in about a month ago and regret regret regret it. The patio screen door was supposed to be fixed when I moved in and I’ve called the office 4 times since moving in and have been ignored. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and I’ve called about that but of course was ignored. Maintenance is terrible here. It’s almost as if there is no maintenance here. I’ve been having to fix stuff myself at this place, out of my own pocket. We had our issues when we first moved in with the apartment not being up to spec (dirty, damages) but mostly we had issues with the management. The management has changed recently and seems to be much better. The maintenance crew is great. Pretty quiet for the area it's in. Nice neighbors.

I sent my rent on December 26, for January's rent. the manager claims she didn't get the check until January 6,. It was a bank check sent from Bank Of America. The date on the check was January 2, She charged me $170.00 for being one day late even though it was a holiday. Lighten up it's the season to be kind.
