The rent is way too high for what you get. It needs upgrades to appliances, lighting, bathrooms. Cupboards, etc. Pretty much everything. They aren’t terrible, but very outdated and break down a lot. The staff is pretty good.

I'm continuing enjoying my apartment and the gym as well and the environment keep up the good work ??????????????. Nothing broken down everything is still operating new I'm enjoying sitting on my balcony without any violence involved outside I enjoy watching the kids play
