Apt is nice been the for couple month now still have not got my new patio doors mines were damage when move in and no new carpet in home just clean the carpet had stains and hair need carpet replace. Vent been damage since move in never fix it.

Muy bonito el apartamento pero le hace falta más limpieza al momento de entregar los apartamentos, el horno me lo entregaron un poco sucio, los baños están sucios, las chapas de las puertas están sueltas.

Maintenance response time is months behind . I put in a request to fill a huge hole in my ceiling in my laundry room(put by maintenance) back in April or May and no follow up.

For the most part it has been a Wonderful place to live. It clean quiet and the office staff is Amazing! The only issues have been with some appliances and reserved parking that maintenance could be on top of better. Maybe get more help in that area!
