Super conveniently close to downtown and to the river birch trail. Love the community staff and amenities. Been pretty quiet just wish I had a few new appliances

Appreciate our year living here but apt living is not for us. Need security for sure. Live in updated apt but have multiple water damage and mold issues that were only “band-aided” over before we moved in. All in all, not a bad apt complex to live in.

Love it here been here over 2 years. Great location close to everything and all the entertainment down town. The maintenance crew is one of the best parts about this place too.
