DO NOT MOVE HERE
If I could give zero I would the prices are outrageous. If your in buildings 1,2,3,6,there is no parking you have to park at 11. Half the time internet is down and still have to pay $75 and cant choose your own provider pool is closed weeks at a time. Can hear your neighbors stomping around/yelling.And it always smells like Marijuana. Dog poop and spiders everywhere. All 4 Dumpsters usually overflowing. management does not care just here for the money

A letter addressing the new Assigned Parking System was sent to all residents on 10/30. Please look out for additional information from the office in the coming weeks. We have no control currently over the internet package that the previous owners... established during that time, however we are doing our due diligence regarding the internet package to find a better solution for the future. We have been made aware of that internet concern and it has not fallen on deaf ears. The grounds are cleaned every morning. We will ensure that the maintenance crew stays diligent. If you see an area that needs attention, please call the office, and report it. DLH cares deeply for our residents and makes it our mission to do our part to ensure our residents are taken care of.
