Don't waste your money
Lived there for a year. They charge you an arm and a leg for everything. How they split the water bill is absolutely crazy. They have a spider problem and when you put in a request for pest control to come, they only spray the one room that you saw spiders in.. because that makes sense? Then when you move out if there is a tiny spot on the carpet that needs to be replaced they charge you to re-carpet the WHOLE apartment. The office staff is friendly and the maintance is quick to show up. Thats... why they got the 2 stars. If you want to overpay for an apartment then Hickory Run is the place.

Should you need additional pest control services for your unit, we kindly ask that you submit a request online, and our team will promptly address it.
