I just moved in to Century Autumn Wood and already feel so at home! The apartment was impeccably clean upon move in and the leasing staff was so kind throughout the entire process. I know I’m going to love it here and that I made a good decision!

Moved in being told how new management was going to enhance the community. Since then I’ve been penny pinched at every corner including fees, maintenance work orders being cheaply completed only for it to break the next week. My biggest issue has to be the trash piling up in the middle of a construction surrounded apartment complex. Needless to say I have only lived here for one year so who knows what is to come.

Maintenance is 5 Stars! They are great....
Alot of new faces in the office but 1 in particular individual does not seem to want to help with any problems, it's either not his job or puts the blame on me which I have been in customer service my whole life and you don't say to someone it's your fault, I had insurance documents sent 2 times to him because I supposedly was not in compliance and I was, he did NOTHING, my agent said that was insane what I had to go through! The walk ways are the... nastiest I have ever seen and I have lived in apartments most of my life... I will not be signing another lease here.
