Our residency at Chelsea Place Apartments has been wonderful thus far! Love how the upkeep of the property is ongoing. Management doesn’t just wait to receive maintenance requests, when we have visited the office for any reason, we have also been asked if anything needs repairing in our unit. We are very happy to reside here.

Would love to enjoy my fireplace. and The huge water bugs are annoying and getting worse as far as randomly coming out in odd places rather than the doorway or kitchen area
